All orders are processed and shipped from our Guerneville, CA location within 48 hours of the order being placed for all items in stock, except for Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, when the shop is closed. All packages will be sent signature required unless otherwise requested. If the signature is waived the customer will assume all responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination.
Shipping within the United States
We ship via United States Postal Service to all 50 states and US territories. The shipping method offered is a flat rate based on current USPS pricing. All orders are shipped insured and with tracking information.
Please note that each prop decor item ships separately due to it's pre-packaged state. This is to insure that the item arrives to you in it's original, brand-new condition, with no scratches, dust, fingerprints, etc. For this reason, a flat $10 shipping fee is charged for EACH decor item purchased.
We do not ship worldwide.
We do not offer refunds on all items. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please note that simply shipping an item back is not a guarantee of acceptance and is subject to approval by our staff. Item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package with a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.
